The comb and wattles are screaming, “I’m a boy!” on all of the chickens in these pictures.
The Speckled Sussex in question is really good-looking...but check his tail. Does his tail usually lean to the left, like in one of the pictures?? Or is it just an artifact of that picture? I can’t really tell.
If his tail usually leans to the left, you wouldn’t want to breed him because he could have wry tail, which is genetic. Wry tail is not harmful to the bird, but it’s a disqualification if you ever wanted to show them.
