Speckled Sussex Pullet? Or cockerel?

This morning I noticed one of my almost 10 week old speckled sussex chicks has a patch of dark iridescent feathers on it's back. The other chick does not have this. Is this normal for pullets to have or could this mean I have yet another cockerel?
