I bought what was supposed to be 8 old english bb red chicks. As they started getting older I noticed that one of them def. not a bb red. I'm pretty sure it is a speckled sussex, but is it a hen or roo?? Also it is also only slightly bigger than the bantam chicks....so do you think it is mixed or just small or what???(or that I got cheated all together and got games instead of old english

) I have 3 speckled sussex pullets (from mcmurray so I know that the are right) and as day old biddies they are alot bigger than these other where when I got them. So my questions are this.... hen or roo.... full speckled sussex/or mix??? Thanks, Jessica
ps they are about 8-10 weeks old

If it had a single comb and was the same size as the OEGB it could just be a spangled OEGB. Also on the pullets, one has a non-single comb it looks like and I see yellow legs in there too, I think you might have gotten cheated.
