Does anybody know where Specklenhen got her blue ameraucanas? They are quite lovely and I am looking for blue/black/splash hens that lay the robin's egg blue eggs.

    Thanks!

Yep, I remember her saying something about Cree farm bloodlines. Don't recall if she got them from them, or from someone who got them from Cree farms.. [IMG]

I believe she got the eggs from Lynn (Henhaven) who got the eggs from a friend, who got the birds from her, and she got them from Lisa Cree at Cree Farms. [IMG]

The pictures she has shown of her blue ameraucanas are fabulous. They are such pretty hens. I have hen envy! [IMG]

I'll start researching Cree Farms now!

    Hi,

Lisa's birds are nice - no doubt. You'll find some other great breeders at www.ameraucana.org

If you ever decide to get some Wheaten and/or Blue Wheaten, keep me in mind. I'm on the breeders list too.

    God Bless,
