Disclaimer - I really need to get a different camera as these did not turn out very well.

For anyone taking a look - I have admired Suede ever since I joined BYC and last year I was blessed to get some hatching eggs from Cynthia. Of the 4 BBS Orpingtons that hatched, I ended up with 3 Blue Roos and 1 Splash Hen. 2 of the Roos were re-homed. Here are the roo and hen that I kept.

Splash Hen - She needs a name. - Her back is dirty. We have had lots of rain and well the boy has been busy.

This next girl is special. She is from Cynthia's hen Meg (RIR / Buff Orpington Cross) and Suede.

Hey Henry - You finally got a rooster!! Good for you. I hope you can keep him. This spring we will have to see about trading some eggs.

Hey, Ed! Thanks for the updates. Suede, Jr. has an awesome comb! I see he has his daddy's hidden (well, not so much anymore) barring gene, looking at his sickle feathers. He really is a handsome boy, though he doesn't have his daddy's body type. And Meg's daughter is pretty, too.
