Splash Blue Wyandotte........confirming this is a "he"

Just confirming that this *is* in fact a cockerel. I'm only a bit unsure because my GLW pinked up early and had me convinced that she was a he for a month or so.

The chick in question is close to 8wks old.

looks like a cockerel but i would wait till at least 14-15 weeks when the saddles either develop or they don't. i find that this breed can be a bit tricky with comb and wattle development

The first picture...I wanted to say boy-due to the early waddles. Picture 2-looks more pullet-ish. Give it a few more weeks to be sure. With no hackles yet, it's hard to say.

i say wait a few more weeks till like 15 weeks of age to be sure leaning towards cockerel though
