Splash feathering?

This is an almost 7 wko cockerel (I think). I am wondering what the “name” or description of this feathering so far might be, as well as any guesses as to the genetics it might carry. Here are his parents:

Yes, a splash would need both parents to carry blue and it appears neither does. I can't help you as to what it is but i think @Amer is very good with genetics.
