i am tring to find out where i can get some blue splash orpington or what chickens do i cross to get the blue splash

You can get splash by crossing blue with blue, blue with splash or splash with splash. The blue x blue will yield blue, black and/or splash. Most are blue, a few less are black, and I usually have only one or two in that batch that are splash for some reason.

I believe two blue orps will produce 25% black, 50% blue and 25% splash chicks.
A splash and a blue will produce 50% blue and 50% splash
I'm sure someone will chime in if I am wrong

You may get those percentages if you have a good sized hatch. I never have that many splash.

i have a splash rooster and hen what kind of chicks will they have?if i croos a black hen with that rooster what would they hatch?

the results for the Splash x Black would be 100% blue and a splash x splash cross would be 100% splash
