Splash silkie? Something tells me NO.

    This little guy hatched out on the 17th, there were 10 blue silkie eggs and 2 mille fluer Duccles eggs. 4 blue silkies hatched and this guy. I thought he was a splash silkie until I noticed he only has 4 toes and they aren't black! What is he?

    Definitely not a Silkie! Maybe google baby chicks and see if one is close looking like that one? Then again. it's got hairy feet! Maybe a hybrid?

    Something just sprang to mind - look up Booted chickens? They Have feathery feet.

    Looks like a light brahma with the white and blackish feathers. Nice breed though.

    Here's mine, but this one is on the whiter side. Normally there's more black lacing that comes in.

    its a millie fluer d'uccle...feathered legs and a little beard and in about 3.5 weeks you should know weather its a pullet or cockerel

    these are d'uccles not booted bantams. booted bantams dont have beards [​IMG]

    really cant compair them as ive seen millie's come in many different color varations

    Thank you everyone! I forgot to mention that my mille fluer d'uccles are blue! So maybe s/he is a splash mille fleur d'uccles?
