    Hi everyone,

I have a chick who is two weeks old. Today, I noticed
it's right leg is splayed out. It's feet were curled when it hatched, but it has been doing fine until today. I taped the leg and also taped it's feet to try and correct the toes, but it
cannot walk like this. I don't think it would be able to walk even with just the legs taped. I know many people have taken care of splayed leg chicks and my question is, how do you keep them eating and drinking if they cannot ambilate to the water?

I had a chick born with a folded up foot and I cut out light weight cardboard in the shape the foot should be and used bandaids to tape foot and toes to cutout. It could still walk though not grate but after a few days it no longer needed them.
