Spoiled Rotten to the Core!!!

    Yep! My chickens are rotten. I have a mealworm farm, but it seems they are all on the same life cycle so I have thousands of tiny new worms.
    I bought some dried mealworms today to supplement them with until the live ones grew a bit.
    HAA!!!! They looked at me like I was crazy!!!!
    They turned their noses up at them. Brats I tell ya!!!

    As they get a little older you can put half the worms in the fridge for a few weeks. It slows down their growth and keeps them from putating -- that way you can get them on different cycles.

    Funny. It is pretty bad when they demand fresh meal worms because dried simply will not do anymore.

    Well, I made the girls eggs with cayenne pepper, garlic and crushed egg shells. I figured they would give me the "yeah right" look, but nope!!!! They ate those eggs like crazy. Didn't even leave a morsel. :)
