This baby silkie was under my broody. Zipped around but was having issues gettinf out on day 22 so I assisted. Now the baby appears to have spraddle leg. Baby can't walk and the legs are flat out in front of her. What do I do to help this baby????? How do I brace????[IMG]

    She's cutie!

Providing B vitamins will be helpful as well as hobbling her. Look for poultry vitamins with B2 (riboflavin) or you can crush a human B-Complex vitamin and add it to her chick starter.

Here's some links that show how to hobble the chick for splay leg. Since she is feather foot look at the special notes for applying the hobbles to her legs.
