I have 2 blue orpington eggs in my incubator along with many others one looks like a quitter but the other has a very active little chick inside I noticed a crack on one side so I sprayed Elastoplast spray plaster on it as I had no glue or candle to hand. Was this a mistake? I really hope not as I was really looking forward to these babies and this looks to be the only one I have a chance with its on day 7
Dunno what that is, have not heard of it being used before. The reason most people will use wax is because there are not chemicals in it that will harm the chick if they get under the egg's shell.
