Well many people said that rounded feathers mean hen. But my 5-6 monthers have rounded feathers, but have spur DOTS!!! They have not left the skin but the dots are there. So what can you say about gender.

Kinda like this?

That is Mrs.Nezbit who is a Hen.
Hens get small spur things too, they just don't usually develop into full spurs.

Exactly. I was told by the girl who gave me them that they r wyandotte/RIR mix with some unknown breed.

The spurs are like those dots.

Oh ya, the girl who gave me them said that her black one is a roo and the brown is a hen. She said mine are the same way.

I trust BYC on the guess

So what gender do y'all think?

They are both 5-6 months old!!!

Moonlight
Its comb/wattle has grown, but barely
Not much growth to the fact. No spurs, only dots

Not much growth actually
No spurs only dots.

Are you sure they are 5-6 months old? They don't look that old. They do look like pullets tho.

I don't know how well you can see them or not, but this girl has spurs that rival any rooster. For the longest time I was just waiting for her to start crowing, despite her rounded feathers.

Yours look like pullets to me, then again they also only look about 2 or 3 months old.

They look like leghorn hens/pullets.
One looks like a brown Dutch leghorn and the other looks like a dark leghorn.
Look luck with your flock.
