Starlight green egger gender?

My 10 week starlight green egger is starting to look like a cockerel. What do you guys think? Thank you!

I think it's a rooster because of it's sickle feathers on it's tail and it's bright red comb and wattles.

Mine had a small comb until it got almost ready to lay about 3-4 months. The body looks very hen like.
