Starter or Grower?

Kay, so I have 7 chicks. Two are 8 weeks old, four are 6 weeks old and one is 4 weeks old!

Should I feed them all chick starter?
Chick starter mixed with pullet grower?
Or just pullet grower?

And then when they are old enough to start laying eggs, I realize that will vary, so then should I feed them a mix of pullet grower and layer?

Your chickens can eat grower or flock raiser all their lives (with oyster shell available for the layers,) but your young chickens should not get layer feed, not until they start laying.
