starting a new egg today

I lost my first egg i tried to incubate. Today im gonna put another egg in the incubator. what should the temp and the hum. be? Im just checking to make sure thats not where i messed up on the first egg.

It depends on you're incubator. I have a forced air. Mine stays between 99 and 100. I do a dry hatch with humidity 30-40% day 1-18. 60-65% during lockdown. I hatch chicken eggs. What are you hatching? What kind of incubator? Is there a reason you're only doing one egg at a time? If the egg hatches the chick would get lonely by itself.
