I have had 3 failed hatches with one live chick from about 40 total eggs. My incubator (built at home) does wonderfully for 18 days but I always lose chicks late. I can't seem to get the humidity up.
I purchased a Brinsea mini eco which holds 10 eggs and am just finishing day 1. So far I absolutely LOVE it. It is holding the temp well without much fluctuation and is very easy to use. Wish me luck as I hope to see chicks in 20 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
