I have been everywhere from county to USDA websites trying to find information on selling poultry products. (meat and eggs).
Does anyone know where to find this information?

Best thing is to e-mail/call these people. I'm from NY and called the NYS dept. of agriculture and markets. They were extremely helpful and very willing to help.

Poultry and eggs are regulated at the State level for the most part. Phone your extension office, they'll get you pointed in the right direction.

Best to call them...and call them...and call them, if you don't get an answer the first time or two. Also, sometimes it can take time to get to the right person...so don't give up or get discouraged. It took me four calls to get the info for my state -- and all to the same number -- until I got the right person who had the correct information.
