This hen is perfectly healthy looking other than some sticky saliva around her mouth and she doesn’t seem to be walking like she should be. My first instinct with a sick chicken is to dispose of them. But I’ve never seen this before what do y’all think?

I cannot see the picture. Is she drinking water? Do you see any nasal drainage or eye drainage/bubbles in an eye?
I have seen a couple of threads her where a chicken has eaten something, such as a weed, and had a lot of mucus that came out of the beak for a short time. After a few hours, the problem disappeared.

Can hou describe her problems walking? Is she wobbly or losing balance, using wings to balance, or lame in one or both legs?

No she just seems to be walking slower than normal.

I would just have a look inside her beak and throat with a flashlight while someone holds her. Keep an eye on her today, just to make sure this goes away. I haven’t seen this in my own chickens but it seems there are a lot of threads about similar symptoms.
