I recently posted about my hen having bumblefoot. I removed the scab but couldn't find the tail/kernal. She bled a little bit and bandaged her up. She seemed to do better the next day, but then she started to limp again. I checked the bottom of her feet and found a new sore on her other foot, and looked at the scab on the previous foot. I can't tell if this is a scab or if the bumblefoot came back. I have two images included. I tried to soak her feet numerous times at 15 minutes to a half hour each time and the new bumblefoot will not budge. So I treated it with Neosporin and wrapped it up and I continue to do so without being able to extract the infection. does anyone have any recommendations on what to do next? And do you think that the other foot is infected still or is it just a scab? And what do you recommend? The first image is the newest bumblefoot. The second one is either a scab after removing the previous bumblefoot scab or it is so infected.
