I hope several people will chime in, in reply because I need advice. We have several hens who have been going through such a molt that we haven't gotten any of our eggs in weeks. So Saturday I broke down and bought eggs from the store and because I'm so used to leaving OUR eggs on the counter, I absentmindedly placed them on the counter and didn't realize my mistake until this morning when I began contemplating using them for deviled eggs for Thanksgiving tomorrow. They've been out of the refrigerator for 4 days now. Should they be thrown away or dare I cook them for a crowd of 22?
