I just got my welsummer eggs today and am expecting another shipment of eggs either tomorrow or weds. Should I store these eggs at room temp or cooler? My house is at 75 F and DH's wine closet is at 58 F. Will 2 days make a difference? I want to set the eggs at the same time and avoid a split hatch. Thanks!

You need to store them between 45-60 degrees, but not in a really high humidity environment. A cool bsmt is good. The wine closet sounds fine, but I just dont know about the humidity in one. And you can store them for a couple of days till the others come, no problem! Good luck!
