So the chick with the yellow spot on its head has a weird foot. I'm doing the whole band aid toe thing, but it doesn't really seem like it is a toe issue as much as an ankle issue. The ankle isn't bending like normal so it's foot won't flatten. It is almost walking on its tip toes. It still runs around and eats and drinks and acts normal, but it does get tired faster than my other chicks and sometimes loses its balance.
The store I got it from is willing to exchange it for another chick, but is their a way to fix this without accidentally breaking its ankle?

Its possible it will somewhat grow out of it----then who knows. If you are talking about the one on the right---front--I would exchange it unless you want a rooster possibly.

I went ahead and exchanged it. Do you think it was a rooster? I wasn't sure at all, but it already had a comb growing on its head that made me a bit suspicious.
