Hi, I have a head hen, who is acting weird. I think she laid an egg one night. I found the egg cracked though as if she laid it, when she was on her perch, because my other chicken who lays the same coloured eggs. Had already laid in the morning. So far, after the incident, I have not found any more cracked eggs. I let the hens out of their coop to free range for a little bit and my head hen won't leave her run. She just stays in one corner. Then when I put the hens back in the run. She will just go back and forth from her coop. She won't hang out with the other hens. She will lay in the coop by herself. Won't make any noise and looks a little slow than normal. If anyone has anything about what it could be. I would like to know.
