Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what might be causing this. I love to hard boil my eggs from my hens, but when I do, the egg yolk comes out perfect, but the egg white does not firm up properly. It stays almost like a firm jelly consistency. It's really not a pleasant texture to eat! Any ideas what it might be? Could my hens be lacking something? Sorry I don't have a photo! Thanks!
