I got this chick yesterday, not sure of the breed. The guy had a lot of different breeds of chickens, he/she could be a mix....which is my guess! lol
Any idea what breed(s) this bird could be? Does it look like a cockerel or a pullet to you?

His/her leg color, if it helps! lol

All of his chickens are standard/big stock - does this one resemble any particular breed?

In my opinion it is a cross of different breeds. Some crested bird is in the mix.

He's got a little crest, did you see any standard polishes at the breeder's house?

The Orp part I am still out on that but I am confident of the roo part, a lot of red for a young un'. If it is part Polish It may have somewhat of a white earlobe.

Have not seen any of your post in a while. [IMG]

Yes, he did say he had some Polish chickens! So, he could be a Polish cross, then. [IMG]
    I didn't notice the crest/tuft! lol

Thanks to all for the replies. I will try to get another pic of him/her soon, and post an updated one. [IMG]

The man I got him/her from said he has Wyandottes (I seen some Blue laced Wyandotte roos),
Brahmas, Polish, Cochin, Orpingtons, Easter Eggers, etc..
