    Jen, VET, GODIVA,

    Hope you see this...

Our little girl Strawberry Alice didn't want to leave the upstairs this morning - took the wife to work, her fretting like crazy. I get home and find Tony AND Alice waiting downstairs, all excited. I let them out and decide to check the upstairs...

YES, our little girl laid her very first egg. Being she is a bantam cochin the egg is like a commercial medium size and a pale brown... OH BOY, by New Years Day I will have eggs for breakfast. Actually for now I am leaving this one up in the coop, in case she decides she wants to go all broody on us. LOL !!!
