Can I do this? I have all I need besides the pectin and I REALLY don't want to fend off the masses at the store today. The Cranberry Sauce I made yesterday jelled just fine without it, do you think they would help hold up the Strawberries in the jam?

I've canned strawberries without pectin, just have to boil longer. If you keep an eye on it, and do the "spoon test", you should be good to go!
