Can I do this? I have all I need besides the pectin and I REALLY don't want to fend off the masses at the store today. The Cranberry Sauce I made yesterday jelled just fine without it, do you think they would help hold up the Strawberries in the jam?[IMG]

I've canned strawberries without pectin, just have to boil longer. If you keep an eye on it, and do the "spoon test", you should be good to go!
