STUPID QUESTION??????????

Does anyone know if eggs have been under a hen for a couple of days if they can be moved to an incubator? Didn't have space in the bator so I put 12 under a hen but now I have more eggs here that I won from auctions and have room in the bator!!! Can they be safely transferred over?

The only "stupid" question is the one that is not asked. If it makes you feel any better I did not know the answer to that either. So we both learned something.

but try not to set yourself up with different hatch dates unless you have a second incubator.
Why not let the hen hatch them?
