Hello everyone. I've been using the forums for the better part of a year. I've just now joined because I feel I can actually contribute. My wife and I debated on chickens for several months and finally got 6 in April. Since then we've built a coop, a run, and over all really enjoyed ourselves.
My coop.
Let me start of by saying I'm a tight wad and the son of a Carpenter. My coop is 6x4 with a 4ft wall in front and 3 foot on the back and sides. My coop is framed with 2x4 and plywood on 16 in centers and insulated.
My run is 3x8 over to a large 8x8 cage.
