(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens? - Once upon a time, a very long time ago, I had many chickens. Well, my grandparents had the chickens but I thought they were mine. I've been a suburbanite now for too many years and finally got a house with a yard. First thing I did was put up vegtable gardens. It's was just me and the mammal pets until Hurricane Harvey visited us. One of the owners is unable to return home so I'm fostering to adopt Enee, Meenee, Minee, and Mo Eggs.

(2) How many chickens do you have right now? four

(3) What breeds do you have? Leghorns

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com? internet search

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? Gardening

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. My children have all grown up and moved away, so it is just me and my two dogs. I recently went back to college and am now working on my Master's in Clinical Psychology.

:welcome

Love your chicken names...they're the same as some of mine! I have an Enee, Meenee, Minee, and used to have a Moe. Hope you enjoy your birds as much as I've enjoyed mine!
