Welcome to BYC. There are lot's of friendly folks here will to give you a hand, answer any questions stuff like that. If there are any words you don't know or definition's you'd like to ask, I've just started a Poultry Dictionary over in Breed, Genetics, and Showing. Someone there will be happy to define any word for you. If you have a chicken that you don't know if it's M or F, post it over in What Gender/Breed is this? forum. Or if you'd like to know what breed you have, post it there as well (be prepared, it may be a mutt). Welcome to

Oh, and you have to post 10 posts before you can get access to most of your profile/post photos etc.
A good place to get 10 posts is New Member introductions, where you can say hi and be friendly without pictures. After ten, you can post pics and access your entire profile.
