I am seriously considering purchasing a small cabinet incubator.

Send me your thoughts ... pros and cons on the different models.

    Turner or not?

What size or capacity do you consider small ? Smaller than a sportsman?

I have looked at only a few on line... saw some that held 200 or 300. Dont want to go larger than that.

In the 200 to 300 egg capacity models ,the most popular by far would be the GQF sportsman followed by the Dickey's cabinet incubator. Both have good reviews and similar price range. The sportsman offers a digital type temperature controller with humidity and temp display. The dickey's is electronic but has no digital display. The sportsman has plastic cabinet while dickey's is wood. If price is not a factor Brinsea's ova-easy or R-coms Maru are mid sized cabinets with additional automation and features. I have heard good things about the Brinsea cabinets. They make a 100, 190 and 380 egg models. If you are setting over a 100 eggs at a time, auto turn comes in handy.
