Suggestions needed as far as Incubation, buying, etc

I am currently looking to boost my flock for the upcoming spring and i really want some black sex links to fill in the gaps due to their egg laying ability. Issue i have is, i just started a new job with a crazy schedule, limited income and a schedule crunch that means incubation,(ive done a few times before) is pretty much a no go. I wont be there to turn and monitor as needed, even if i do get a turner. I looked at pullets for sex links and ive seen em as high as $10 a piece. YIKES! Just don't know what options i have out there but do know i need to boost the flock and get eggs churning again. I give most of them away to friends and such. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.....Mike
