Anyone have any experience suing a lawyer? will other lawyers sue lawyers? Is the Bar the only option?

A legal expert like yourself should know this, chickened.

Having one's own opinion should not exempt one from seeking another's. [IMG]

That is absolutely hysterical. I would pay just to be kept informed.

Wanna come out of retirement? this case would be up your alley.

Seriously, do you guys ever sue each other? and what can a person expect? I am thinking of asking the Bar to investigate the case. This guy I am dealing with has been disciplined 3 times with a year suspension each time for the same thing basically.

Is this really the proper area in which to discuss this?

Aqua Eyes....This isn't an area for talking about chickens... is there a forum for attorney suing discussions"?

I wanted to sue one once who had represented me in a termite situation, but I let go of it.

I had an attorney come after me (via another attorney of course) over a retail transaction that was so simple, I was amazed. I figured his attorney was probably his son in law.

But that said, I knew a guy (not a friend) who was disbarred in California in the 70's. I'm guessing it took alot to get that done back then. If this guy has been disciplined three times, he can't be an angel.

How much money are you talking about?

    Good luck.

"Random Ramblings"...I'd say this fits the description of Random, and it could get pretty Rambly soon enough.
