Sultan pullet or roo??

I bought this sultan from a breeder who told me it was female. Any thoughts? I don't know much about sultan's it's my first and only. it's between 8 and 12 weeks I was told it was 8 weeks when I got it but I don't believe that and I've had it at least a month. Did I mention it hates me lol

Totally out of my league here. I have no experience with sultans but based on how pink the comb and Wattles are I lean towards a pullet.

I think it might be a roo. It is really on the comb if it is red then I would say roo for sure. How old?
Below are pictures of my HeiHei at 5 weeks and 10 weeks. He started cowing at 12 weeks.
