Sunbathing

I just wanted to share some pictures of my quail enjoying the sun today. It was adorable! I had no idea they do sunbathing!

Thank you! I couldn't decide on one color, so they all ended up looking different. I was really surprised that my red eyed one decided to join in too. She is usually more a shade dweller.

Yeah, unlikely for a cinnamon, ... but really, really nice birds, all of them.

Those pictures are great. It's hilarious when it's sunny out and it looks like they've all died... all sprawled out and no one moving like the second picture. It's a bit shocking the first time you see it. Lol.
