Still new to chickens...learning a lot as we go....these guys were sold to us as black Australorps. Well shouldn't they be all black them? They were also sold as pullets.

The picture seems kind of blurry but it looks more like a barred rock to me but I'm no expert

Ugh please don't say male. I'm about to never buy chicks from TSC ever again. Our last batch of "pullets" 5 of the 8 were males. These 2 were out of the pulley bins again.
Sorry, I know what a pain males can be. I got Cornish Cross from Tractor Supply once, my first time. Three cockerels, three pullets. However, my Leghorns from there are all right. Probably a Barred Rock though.
