Suprise!!! Turkey Eggs!!! O BOY!!!

    Got some supprise turkey eggs i wasnt expecting! I've never had turkeys before, So any advise on turkeys would be awsome, and anything you know about hatching them! [​IMG]

    Any info would be appreciated. Ive never hatched turkey eggs so im kinda confused on wut to do! lol

    I've never incubated turkey eggs myself, but I've read they're done just like chicken (same temp/humidity) for 28 (instead of 21) days. Hope that helps.

    i would keep the "how i got the eggs" out of any conversations. you "bought" them, right??

    wild turkey eggs wont go 28 most likely 25 i have had them pop on day 23. all others go 28......

    If you are in possession of wild turkey eggs you had better have documented proof you got them from a legal source and have the proper permits to possess them if the man pulls into your yard. [​IMG]

    ok.....we called the DNR last night and he will be comming to get the eggs in the after noon. If we would have waited any longer we could have gotton fines. Thank you all for letting me know that!
