These guys have me stumped. I got an order from www.performancepoultry.com, and he threw in (what looks like a pair) of bantams. Here are some pics:

They're both the same colour, an off-white with a bit of buff around the chest. They have slate colour legs, and what looks like a rose or walnut comb. They're clean-legged, and don't have muffs or beards. I seemed to have ruled out everything that he has. What am I missing?

This is killing me! I really want to know what they are!

Please help!

I just looked at Performance Poultry's clean legged bantam selection. I'd say they are OEGs. The rest of his/her clean legged bantams don't look like yours. So that is my guess .... done with the powers of deduction.

No feathered legs, they're clean-legged. I had thought about oegb as well, but they have huge single combs, and this guy's is very close to his head, I'm guessing a rose comb. I'll see if I can get a close up of it tonight. I'm stumped though! They look very similar to the d'anver hen in shape and how they carry themselves, but the roo doesn't look at all like the other d'anver roo, and they're the same age. I'm going batty trying to figure this out! It's not that it's super important; I just can't stand not knowing!
