We adopted 4 little babies from our kid’s school last month. They hatched a surprise box and we have NO idea what we’re getting here. (We also picked up and olive egger because...green eggs)

I’m giving it my best guess, but here goes!!!
#1 - Black Australorp?????? Lunamera for now. They’re out-siding for the first time and our big girls gave her a surprise to the nose when she popped her head through the crate.
#2 - Olive Oyl - our olive egger
#3 - Egg the cute little ruler of this crowd
#4 - Elektra - EE? She had the cutest little owl face as a tiny. Her legs are solid yellow
#5 - Diana - I’d be shocked if she wasn’t an EE CDE64CBD-8EAC-4F33-B16D-FCA54B7DCB6E.jpeg Lunamera

They’re all 5 weeks old and completely adorable in teenager mode. The babies that hatched in the kinder classroom are the easiest chicks I’ve ever had. Lunamera likes to run around the minute I start snapping pictures, but here are a few more

Diana looks like a Speckled Sussex to me. Not completely sure on the other breeds, but I can say that Lunamera should be Lunamero, he looks like a cockerel.
That is the one I’m concerned about, but I’ve been having trouble finding a lot of pictures with BAs that make me lean more one direction than the other. The comb isn’t as pink in person as that picture (and there had just been a run in with our barred rock moments before when she stuck her head out of the crate to inspect the big girls). No other definite signs yet, but mayyyybe. I’m all over the place with that one...so I’m going with the hopeful approach 😆
