I'll try my best. The one and only time I've heard it so far was this morning straight after I let her out.Get a recording of it, if you can

I wish I did! It's filled me with dread! Out of my eight, I'm going to have two cockerels. Could two even live together??Still saying her clinging on there.
I'm sure it is a crow, just want to make sure.
Waiting for my 7 week old cockerels to start crowing. I love it.
We've only got around 0.4 acres, and the coop is around 80-90ft from the neighbour.I'm guessing you don't have tons of space since you have to worry about neighbors.
So probably not. Especially with 6 girls, as that's a high cockerel ratio.
To be fair though, you did pretty well only getting two males out of 8.
It's really 2 out of 5. The other three were autosexed CLBsWe've only got around 0.4 acres, and the coop is around 80-90ft from the neighbour.
Everything fine legal wise, other than the general nuisance of noise. The neighbours passed comment the other day that they were lovely and quiet (ha!!). Their dog is quite a barker so perhaps they'll understandYeah.. probably won't work. Although I did have two cockerels with 5 girls for a small amount of time, before I moved. I must have had around the same amount of space. I don't even know if it was legal for me to have them. Never thought of it at that time.
Is it legal to have cockerels in your area?
If so, what do the neighbours think?
