I hope this video link works....this is what one of my chickens is doing...I've been treating him with tylan ..the stronger one...and he seemed to be doing better and then today he is doing this ...what is this??? The tylan was for sneezing and watery eyes..he is still eating and drinking fine..

Are you using Tylan 200, and how much are you giving, as well as giving it orally or by injections? It appears that she is gasping and breathing rapidly. I would give her a little extra warmth while she is having symptoms. Make sure that her nostrils and beak are clear of secretions or mucus. Is she able to drink enough fluids?

Has she been exposed to a carrier of a respiratory disease, such as mycoplasma or infectious bronchitis? Mycoplasma (MG) can be passed through hatching eggs. Chicks can become more sick with a respiratory disease, and sometimes may suffer a secondary infection.

Yes tylan 200..giving .25 mg orally daily ..I had all of my chickens tested for mycoplasma and they tested negative for it as well as for avian flu and pullorum...I haven't had them around any other chickens so they wouldnt have been exposed to bronchitis bronchitis. I am wondering as he seems to have gone mostly blind now in one eye and the eye has a clouded dot in it covering the pupil if it could be aspergillosis ?

Can you post some photos of the eye?

How much does he weigh?
