Swans damaged beak

I didn't find a forum on swans so thought I would try here. Our Black hen has a damaged beak that we just noticed today. We have no idea if it was a turtle or if it was a squabble over food and our dog. We are looking for suggestions as what to do at this point if anything. The wound looks to be healing as well as it can.

On. My. I guess you could put some antibiotics on it to help. It is pretty much healed.

Try the ornamental forum, there are people with swans there. I hope you can figure it out.

I would put some ACV non pasteurized into her drinking water it can kill bacteria and aid in healing. It does look like it's on the mend. I do believe I'd be looking for snappers and or keep the swan and dog apart. ACV dose is 1 Tab to 1 gal of water.
