I’m still not seeing any identifiable differences to help me differentiate between male and female.

they’re 4 weeks old.

You won't see any physical difference for quite some time. Even the curled tail feathers that drakes get take until they are six months old to come it.

Instead, you should listen for differences :) Once they start quacking, you will be able to tell the gender, as males and females sound different. Females have loud quacks. Males sound low and raspy.
