Bought chicks from Bresse Farms and they threw in mystery chicks with my order. I specifically ordered Swedish Flowers, but they put extra mysteries in there. This chick right here has grown faster than all of the ones that came with the order, the order had 10. The comb is bigger as well. I want to say Swedish Flower, but why are all the other Swedish so much smaller?? This dude has grown much faster, we call her Big Bertha (not sure its a her anymore?). Feathers are different shades of gray so far with golden brown spots. Gold brown feathers are starting to grow on the neck. Here is what COULD come from that farm:
Black Copper Marans
Blue Laced Red Wyandotte
Cream Crested Legbars
Swedish Flower Hens
Speckled Sussex

Sure looks like the Swedish flower hens. I can't imagine why its bigger than the rest if all the others are the flower hens too.Lol I visited the site and looked at all the chickens but didn't see anything that looks like it! I'm stumped!Btw whats the minimum number of chicks to ship? I'd like to buy some crested legbars they have on sale.

As far as I know, as many as you want. Just put in 10 of however many you'd like and then up the "quantity". I only ordered 4 chicks from these guys and they sent me 10, so that was pretty cool!
