Swollen belly in hen

I thought my hen was egg bound as she is constantly pushing and waddling, and I did all the treatments that I could find for this. She has yet to lay an egg and it has been weeks, so I am assuming it is not that as she is still alive.

Her symptoms are: she has a swollen belly, I think I feel a small lump on her side, and when I touch it her legs give out (so I assume it hurts), her belly is very swollen and hard and she is waddling severely. I have done a round of antibiotics that didn’t seem to help, as I was concerned that an egg might have broken inside of her and caused an infection.

Any thoughts? What could it be? Anything I can do to help her or even make her more comfortable until her day comes?

Not a ton you can see in a picture but I put her on her back to get a picture of her belly. It is very hard to the touch
