One of my 1 year old Barred Rock Hens was acting sick this morning so i separated her from the flock. This afternoon she could barely walk and had diarhea. Her breast was so swollen and her eyes would barely stay open. She would not eat or drink. My husband and I made the tough decision to cull her. Upon doing so, we cut her open in hopes to further identify the problem. Her gut area was full of yellow fluid and tons of little growth type lumps. Does anyone know what this could be? I am very worried about the rest of our chickens.
