What could it be? Yesterday he had nothing yet, and today such yellow at the eye, and under swollen very much.... The other eye is fine. When I took him in my hands he was screaming as if I was doing something to him, so he isn't lethargic, just this one eye.
If it could be helped by an antibiotic then I have a whole range of them as I prefer to be prepared for anything at all times.

A couple more pics in better lighting would help me a lot, Your close-up is great but a little dark under the eye for me to tell much. Give him one ml of Baytril for now as it looks like an injury. Tylan 200 is better for sinus infections, also one ml but SQ not IM.

Thank you for the answer, but it's good that I didn't give him anything myself, because I went to the vet just in case and he got an antibiotic injection, and I'm supposed to give him only gentamicin to his eye. In general, today the peacock looked much better than yesterday and already had an eyeball visible.

Gamithromycin, also known as Zactran, is an amazing drug although expensive. It is my vets go-to drug as it lasts in the birds system for five days so you do not have to catch the bird every day relieving stress from catching. Glad to hear your bird is on the mend, did the vet say what the problem is?
